It is necessary for us to gather certain personal and financial information from you so we can properly process your coffee order. We use this information primarily to facilitate the processing of your orders on a one-time purchase or recurring Coffee Club subscription plan basis. However, we also use this information to keep you informed of Good Stuff Coffee happenings and to provide you with information via broadcast email and social media, and possibly also in printed form via direct mail or at live events. From time to time, we may share basic contact information with one or more of our partners for marketing purposes. Contact information is stored securely in our CRM system and our broadcast email system, and contact and financial information is stored securely in our payment processor’s system.
Security
GoodStuffCoffee.com is a secure website and we partner with a payment processor that offers the highest level of security and privacy. We start with a standard SSL certificate (secure sockets layer), which encrypts all traffic with 256-bit encryption to and from the GoodStuffCoffee.com website. Any information provided in forms on GoodStuffCoffee.com is protected by this encryption.
Any financial or banking information entered is securely handed by our processing partner’s security encryption.
Shipping & Handling
All Shipping options, including Local Delivery where available, will be provided and calculated at the shopping cart. Any Sales Tax that may be due for Shipping/Handling or Delivery Fees will already be included in the fees for the Shipping options quoted. Branded Merchandise is fulfilled and drop-shipped separately from Coffee, so separate Shipping/Handling or Delivery Fees may apply.
All orders will ship or be delivered within 7 to 14 calendar days.
Returns
Returns are not generally allowed and are handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at (844) COFFEE-6 or info@goodstuffcoffee.com. Good Stuff Coffee has sole discretion to determine if it will or will not allow a return and under what terms. Good Stuff Coffee’s decision is final regarding any proposed return.
Trademarks
The Good Stuff Coffee logo & tagline in all its various forms are both trademarks and service marks of Jacobson Brands, Inc., dba Good Stuff Coffee, and may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission.
Sales Tax
There is no Sales Tax charged for Bagged Coffee or Single Serve Cups (SSCs). Coffee is exempt from Sales Tax. However, Sales Tax at the appropriate local rate, if required, will be added at checkout for Branded Merchandise and any other items requiring the collection of Sales Tax.
