  • Act solely as marketing partners

Affiliates earn commission only on qualifying completed sales tracked through Company systems.

7. Affiliate Conduct Requirements

Affiliate participants agree:

  • Not to misrepresent Company or its products
  • Not to make guarantees or claims not authorized by Company
  • Not to advertise misleading pricing, promotions, or benefits

Company reserves the sole right to determine whether affiliate conduct aligns with our brand standards and organizational values.

8. Affiliate Store Oversight & Enforcement

Company reserves the absolute right to:

  • Refuse participation in the Affiliate Program
  • Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts
  • Close affiliate storefronts
  • Disable tracking
  • Withhold commissions

at any time and for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Brand misrepresentation
  • Conflicting values or messaging
  • Public positioning inconsistent with Company standards
  • Search engine classification or indexing indicating misalignment with Company values

9. Right to Withhold or Deny Affiliate Payouts

Company reserves the right to deny, reverse, or withhold affiliate payouts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Conduct is deemed inconsistent with Company values
  • The affiliate storefront creates reputational risk
  • Misrepresentation occurs
  • Any activity is deemed harmful to Company

This applies even if:

  • The affiliate storefront was previously approved
  • Sales were generated prior to enforcement action

Commission eligibility is determined solely by Company.

10. Existing Partner Conflict Clause

Company reserves the right to:

  • Deny affiliate participation
  • Close affiliate storefronts
  • Withhold payouts

if an affiliate operates or promotes products that conflict with Company initiatives, mission, or organizational standards.

11. Affiliate Independence

Affiliate storefronts are independently operated.

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Their content
  • Their messaging
  • Their promotional language

Company is not liable for:

  • Affiliate statements
  • Affiliate promises
  • Affiliate policies
  • Affiliate marketing claims

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Affiliate representations
  • Third-party content

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel accounts
  • Terminate relationships

at any time.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.

REFUND POLICY

  • Special offers
  • Shipping claims
  • Delivery timelines
  • Pricing statements

made by affiliates unless such offers are explicitly confirmed by Good Stuff Coffee directly.

If an affiliate advertises a policy, promotion, or guarantee that differs from our official policies, those statements are not binding upon Good Stuff Coffee.

4. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer store credit
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Photo proof may be required.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM SUMMARY

The Good Stuff Coffee Affiliate Program allows approved users to promote our coffee products through independent storefront pages.

1. Program Overview

Affiliates:

  • Earn commissions on qualifying sales

Affiliates do not:

  • Represent Company
  • Set official policies
  • Control fulfillment
  • Issue refunds

2. Commissions

Affiliates earn:

15% commission on completed qualifying sales.

A qualifying sale must:

  • Be tracked through Good Stuff Coffee systems
  • Be fully completed
  • Not be refunded or reversed

3. Store Creation

Approved affiliates may create:

  • A storefront landing page
  • Curated product displays

All storefronts remain subject to Good Stuff Coffee review.

4. Brand Alignment Requirement

Affiliate participation is conditional upon alignment with Good Stuff Coffee’s values and mission.

Good Stuff Coffee reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny participation
  • Suspend storefronts
  • Remove affiliates

based on misalignment or reputational risk.

5. Payout Eligibility

Affiliate payouts may be:

  • Approved
  • Withheld
  • Denied

at Good Stuff Coffee’s sole discretion.

This includes situations involving:

  • Policy violations
  • Brand misalignment
  • Conduct concerns
  • Search engine classifications or public positioning inconsistent with Good Stuff Coffee values

6. Existing Business Conflict

Good Stuff Coffee reserves the right to:

  • Close affiliate storefronts
  • Deny payouts

if the affiliate operates or promotes initiatives deemed incompatible with Good Stuff Coffee standards.

7. Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Their messaging
  • Their claims
  • Their promotions

Good Stuff Coffee is not liable for:

  • Statements made by affiliates
  • Guarantees offered by affiliates
  • Marketing language used on affiliate storefronts

8. Program Termination

Good Stuff Coffee reserves the right to:

  • Remove affiliates
  • Close storefronts
  • Disable tracking
  • Cancel unpaid commissions

at any time and for any reason.

9. Participation

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
